Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic confirm separation; ‘We tried our best’

Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic added that they will co-parent their child Agastya

There were speculations about all not being well in Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic’s marriage since the past few months. Now, they have made their separation official on Instagram. Both shared the same post which read, “After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest of both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew as a family.”

Talking about their child Agastya, Hardik and Natasa wrote, “We are blessed with Agastya, who will continue to be at the center of both our lives and we will co-parent to ensure that we give him everything that we can for his happiness.”

‘Requesting privacy’ during they wrote, “We sincerely request your support and understanding to give us privacy during this difficult and sensitive time.”

It can be recalled that Natasa had dropped the “Pandya” surname from her Instagram profile a few months ago.

The announcement of their separation came hours after BCCI announced India’s men’s team for the upcoming Sri Lanka tour. Hardik, who was Rohit Sharma's deputy in the T20 World Cup which India won, is a part of the T20I squad but was stripped from the vice-captaincy position. The role was handed over to emerging star Shubman Gill. Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav has been named as the captain of the Indian team.
